About the Wine School

The Wine School is a mobile wine training school that will take both the knowledge and the wine experience to our customers.

Founder of The Wine School, Janice Scheckter is passionate about getting more South Africans enjoying our fantastic wines and experiencing the wonderful world of international wines. She completed her Cape Wine Academy Diploma in 2003 and an advanced wine assessment course through the University of Stellenbosch in 2009.

Janice has run wine tastings for clients for many years and devised fun and interesting themes which make wine knowledge about enjoyment rather than about academics.
